The Year I Dreamed Big And Life Answered Back.

You know this kind of thing that people would say that Nigeria always know how to change somebody's destiny, you go de plan your own and Nigeria will also be planning their own for you, sometimes we even plan how many years we would spend in school right from secondary school till university, infact mine was at 21yrs I should be serving my country already, at age 22 I should be working and probably thinking about marriage in my 23 but here I am now, the state I am now have even made me laugh because by my calculations I should be married by now, but then life can be so tricky that you wouldn't know when it all changed.

My point exactly is that you might have your own plans mapped out and it doesn't mean that life would go in such directions with you, I had plans for the year 2026 and you know that we normally go all out in what ever dreams we are dreaming because we have to dream big, I had dreams and I have even shared some of them here during the beginning of the year, funny enough I didn't even write them down but then I still remember a few of them, I had plans to save this year, to also be responsible for someone's fee this year as a sign of my seed to God, to dedicate more time to my studies so that I can come out with good grades, to use my savings towards investing in something...

I had big dreams that I didn't dare to dream any other year, it wasn't even the dreams that was my fulfilment but the excitement that came with it, you know this kind of excitement that you have when you do something you love, but if you are asking me now howfar I have gone with those excitement and goals I would say just a tip of the iceberg, like for my academic I took it a little bit serious than earlier on and I want to even add the gear to a higher speed right now in this new semester, and for my savings it was going well from the beginning of the year but now that even Hive itself is very low my saving has really been shaking and I have defaulted once or twice, so I wouldn't say that one is going smoothly.

So I think I need that pause button right now and reflect without the butterflies and excitement so that I can be able to strategize on how to go about the year before it ends. It's nice having you around and I hope to see you next time.
