What I will improve on hive if given the opportunity.

Hive has been an amazing platform and a space to me ever since joined it. It has been a place where I have an opportunity to connect with diifferent kinds of people in the part the world, it has been an avenue where I can express myself, my thoughts and share my contribution without being judged. It has also served as an institution were I learn and relearn, create and post my content and earn rewards in return. Yes we do say sometimes that nothing is perfect. Every platform have their advantages and disadvantages, also have where some adjustments need to be made and which Hive platform is not an exception.

If am giving an opportunity to improve one major thing on hive, it will be how to support content creators who consistently create and post but don't have enough network and their post get no visibility and unnoticed. After spending time creating quality post, sometimes no upvote, it will be of great importance to introduce a system that will be able to balance and help to discuss how to help this good content creators to get recognition that they need.

Another thing that I think that need improvement is onboarding process it should be made easier and more friendly to newbies. As a newbie there are a lot of activities to accommodate and know, they have to know the rules, terms and conditions used in different companies. For instance, me that has been in hive for a while now there are a lots I don't know such as curation rewards, resources credit and witness voting I don't have any knowledge about it at all. I found it difficult to navigate around all these, talk more of a beginner that have a lot to learn and they need support so that they won't be discouraged and quite before getting to know the benefits that are in hive.

If I have the power, I will introduce a group of experienced persons that will serve as a coach that will teach them the fundamental things about HIVE, answer their questions and guide the beginners aleast for few weeks by doing so some common mistakes will not happen and they will not see any reason to be discouraged to leave.

Lastly I would love to support stronger anti abuse and anti plagiarism measures. While some creators are effortlessly working so hard to create genuine and quality content and some persons are out there creating contents using shortcuts. With fairness, honestly and transparency it will help the hive platform and rewards will be earned genuinely.

I know when all these I listed above is improved, it will make Hive more transparent, accomodating and also a place where everyone can earn reward. Newbies will see every reason to stay and explore in hive, hardworking creators will gain more recognition they needed and above all the platform will grow stronger.

With the imperfections , Hive still remains my favourite and only platform that I have fallen in love with, Its the best platform that I can't compare it with any other platforms that I know. It's my sure plug that provides avenue for growth, for acquiring knowledge and connecting with people in different parts of the world. In my own ability I will let people to know about Hive, join me and enjoy the benefits that Hive has to offer.

When hive grows, we the content creators grow as well. When we make sure everything balances, there be fairness and the same time supported newbies grows, Hive will be a safe home for us that are currently in it and the to posterity creators to join.
