Back for my second post!!!

The first thing I'll be writing about is how I got introduced to Hive. I heard about Hive from my mum @samsmith1971. She got really attached with Hive. She also spent lots of time on it. With the time she had on Hive she met lots of friends and also travelled long distances to meet them. My mum said that it would be a good idea for me to join Hive and get involved with the community. I also thought it would be a good idea as I need to spend extra time on my writing and reading so that's why I joined.
My expectations on Hive were, for me to improve my creative writing for English and reading others post to gather new vocab and inspiration. I'm also here to build more knowledge by talking with other Hivers about how to improve and how to get better with my writing. I thought that I would have collaborative thoughts said by other people on tips to get better.
I have only been on Hive for 2 days now and this is only my second post but I have had a good time with curating other Hivers' posts and being able to get inspiration from them. I also have seen all my comments and been amazed at how kind all of you are. It has also been nice to see how positive my first post has been with the likes and the comments.
I will be replying to all my comments from both my posts this weekend and then I will come visit your blogs too😉.

I knew Sam's kids would be popping up on Hive sooner or later. I think you write better than my son. Maybe his writing would improve with a blog. Did you use a grammar check or do you just naturally write well?
Note: Don't stress about the blog. There is no rush to answer.

hi, my friend!! It's been a while. I must come see what you are up to! And yeah get your son to join Hive and start writing if he enjoys it and would like to improve. They could support each other 🤗We have not run his work through a grammar checker yet... The things I helped him with on this post were to show him that he needs to put full stops after a complete thought, and then capitalise the next letter, because he tends to have long sentences otherwise, albeit when you break them up they are coherent hehe. I didn't touch the rest as I think it best that he sees how he improves over time after using a grammar checker and gleaning things from other people to learn. I also showed him how to add the links to other posts and add his image (which he chose in keeping with his bear theme until he gets more into it!). He wants to engage but left his writing til late each evening and ran out of time so I am going to encourage him to do his Hive bits earlier in the day and he'll catch up on all the comments this weekend. !LUV !ALIVE !PIZZA

Your writing skills is amazing, i was unable to notice any grammatical error in your writing. well I must say I expect nothing less from the son of one of the best fiction and nonfiction writer I know on hive.
