During the last few days in 2025 I noticed how many people took decluttering their physical environment personally. You hear people say "I want to enter into 2026 organized, so I'm tidying up my space, burning what's not needed, washing dirty clothes." It's actually a very good thing to do because to be productive one needs to be organized.

However, I asked, how about decluttering your emotional baggage, and even your digital space? Many people still hold on to grudges from the past, they stay resentful because they were deep hurt and they find it hard to forgive themselves for the past mistakes.

Some still let past trauma make them bitter, non-chalant, fearful and pessimistic about life.

A hack to the most healthy living is to write down a couple of emotional baggage you need to let go off. Take action to keep up with it and experience something different. It's usually one of the best way of living, not mere living, but a mindful one at that. Give your mind a fresh start and see how you'll glow from within.

And there are some who have a thousand and one screenshots of items they hope to get, random memes and something they've even outgrown yet their gallery is filled with that's. I was guilty, but I decluttered my digital space even uninstalling unnecessary apps that was draining not just my data but my time.

I'm making way for much better and meaningful app that can make my life a lot more easier and better in 2026. It has helped me mentally,

I have also organized my app in different widget to make it easier and appealing in the eyes. There are some app I have frozen. I know I will be needing them but not so soon.

All of these action has also improve my device functionality And saved storage space.

As we are keen on being organized physically, may we not neglect other aspects which are vital to our growth.

The little things when neglected becomes the barrier to achieving greater things.
