Most fathers don't remember the fathers day, because they are busy remembering other things.

Father is always busy, making sure each member of the family gets what he/she deserves. Fulfilling everyone's wish for a very long period of time, with a smiling face and without letting them know the pain in the background, is the most difficult job that a father does. Building and executing a long term vision for the family, being the protector of the family, providing 24/7 support service without asking anything, ensuring comfort at every step of life, keeps a father busy, and in this process, he happily forgets to think about himself. For kids, he is always the first hero and role model, bringing in the confidence in them to face all the challenges. Dad planned most of my life, including financials, and he did not do any wrong ideologically, but unfortunately things did not work out the way he thought. Still he never expressed his inner pain, all along giving us the best he could with a smiling face and I could understand his state only after becoming a Dad.

We realize many things only after reaching a certain stage of life and that is why, I always owe my duty towards them and keep going to my native staying with them as much as possible, since he does not want to come and stay with us in the city. This morning, we spoke to him and wished him for this beautiful day - in their time, this kind of concept was not even there, but he felt very happy for the greetings - they deserve the same limitless love and attention, that they gave us when we were kids.

Our challenges as a father are much different than them - they had financial difficulties, health care challenges, but it never stressed them out. For us, managing the kids with a hyper lifestyle while performing a stressful job is a whole different challenge. Still I try my best to teach my kids the best values that will help them to become a better person and lead a happy and healthy life. Dad always told me to give them the best education - I spend most of my earnings on that, without any second thought. There is a saying in my place :

‘ପୁଅ ଯଦି ଯୋଗ୍ୟ ହେବ ଧନ କାହିଁ ପାଇଁ ସଞ୍ଚୁ, ପୁଅ ଯଦି ଅଯୋଗ୍ୟ ହେବ ଧନ କାହିଁ ପାଇଁ ସଞ୍ଚୁ’

If your son becomes eligible, then you don't need to save anything for him. And if he becomes evil, then also you should not save anything, because he will waste everything. So the best that we should give to them is good education and high moral values to live a happy life, truthful to their conscience - the source of inner happiness. If they consider your words worthy than Google or AI, then you can be assured, you are doing a good job as a father.

My beautiful daughter made this card for me this morning - it's very difficult to convince her for anything, but at the end, she acknowledges the value of my teachings and it felt great to see that in her expressions.

With my permission, she joined her friends enjoying few hours at a gaming place named UTOPIA, but I could not stop doing my duty, going there and making sure, the place looks safe and her friends are trustworthy - not sure, if every other father thinks the same way or not.

Overall the place felt decent, with food available inside. They even put up a swing for the Raja Festival

These kids always want full independence without realizing the risk it carries and that is where the role of a father comes into play - the adventurous, awesome, Super-Duper Comfy Dad providing services 24/7 - making sure to switch off the AC that you forgot, fix anything that you broke, buying you ice cream, ask and provide money as he knows when its needed, wishing you first on your special days and above all encouraging you to be confident at every step of life.....the impact of a father in a child's life is unmatched and will be felt by them only after they become parent.
