A happy and blessed new month to you all, today is Independence Day, so I wish you all a happy Independence Day, I pray may this new month favors us in all ramifications, and may the Lord Grant our heart's desires in Jesus' name amen, I'm so excited to be here with you all in this community, and I believe is my first time posting here in this community and I'm so excited to be here to share with you all on how I prepare a home food so delicious, and I'll be showing you guys the steps I carried in making this delicious moimoi, please follow my steps.
So I was thinking of something delicious to make for the family I know I don't make this moimoi before but it came to my mind so I went through YouTube and started searching on how to prepare it, luckily I was able to find it then I search for the items using in preparing it, so after that, I quickly went to the market and bought the items.
Here are the items needed
Beans flour
Two sachets of vegetable oil
Maggi
Salt
Crayfish
Onions
After exposing all the items, I started preparing them, so I selected the crawfish properly, and I watched the fresh pepper very well. Then, I pounded them together and sliced the onions into pieces.
After that, I opened up the bean flour and poured out some inside the plates, like big plates or whatever you like to put it, so you will be comfortable mixing them very well.
After pouring it out inside the plates, I added paper, salt, Maggi, Onions, and crawfish.
Then I put in a little water and started mixing them.
Here, I kept on putting the water and mixed it till the water overwhelmed them. Then, I put in the two sachets of vegetable oil and mixed them properly.
Here is what it looks like after mixing them
I washed out the pots very cleanly, then I brought out the small size of nylon, then I started putting half a small size of soup spoon inside the nylon and tightened it very strongly to avoid losing it inside the pot.
Here, I finished putting them inside the nylon.
I now put in enough water to cover them in the pot, and I started cooking.
Here I finished cooking it, and it is ready to eat.
Here is what it looks like
Wow, wow, wow, it looks so delicious and sweet even though it's my first time preparing it, it came out so sweet.
Thank you so much for reading through my post

I have never seen this recipe before, it looks very good. The trick of the boil-in-water bags would not have occurred to me. Thanks for daring to do new things.
