A French breakfast in the town centre !

Hello everyone!

That morning, I treated myself to a little pleasure by having breakfast at a French restaurant located in the heart of the city. As you can see from the photos I took, it was a true gourmet break, both simple and elegant!

The star of this breakfast: a beautiful Cake (Mille-feuilles). Look at those perfectly layered sheets! This classic French dessert, made up of crispy puff pastry and generous layers of pastry cream, brightened up my morning. Every bite was pure delight, combining the crispness with the creamy sweetness, with a hint of caramel on top that added a subtle sugary flavor.

Alongside, I had a nice coffee with milk, served in a lovely transparent cup, showcasing its light and golden foam. I love starting my day with a coffee with milk. It had the perfect balance between the rich taste of coffee and the softness of the milk. A sip of this hot coffee, a bite of the Cake (Mille-feuilles)… I truly felt transported to a little corner of culinary paradise!

The setting was just as charming as what was on my plate. You can glimpse the atmosphere of the restaurant in the photo. I also love the elegant interior design and décor. It’s a peaceful place, perfect for enjoying a good breakfast while taking in the tranquility of the morning. I particularly cherish these moments when you can disconnect from daily life and simply enjoy the present.

Another little pleasant detail: a glass of fresh water next to my coffee. It may seem simple, but I always appreciate this thoughtful gesture in restaurants. It shows that every detail is considered to make the experience even more enjoyable.

Having breakfast in a restaurant like this is also a way to break the daily routine. I enjoy giving myself these moments from time to time, where I step out of the house to discover new places or simply rediscover a spot I already appreciate. It allows for a bit of escape, even if just for an hour, and to start the day with a smile.
