1st time competing in a BBQ comp in ages
We don't always get the chance to compete in the BBQ comps because we are organising them... so a group of organisers got together and we hosted our own (non-ranked comp).

interesting competition
Yeah... normally there's 4 categories (instead of beef ribs we do pork shoulder and beef brisket)... but we couldn't cook overnight on this one, so we dropped those two.
