Warmer Milchreis zum Mittag
Hallo Leute.
Heute gab es mal ein anderes Mittagessen in meiner Reha in der ich gerade bin.
Es war mal ein süßes Mittagessen. Ich hatte mir auch was anderes aussuchen können, aber irgendwie fand ich das Gericht wohl bei der Auswahl ziemlich lecker.
Und es war auch sehr lecker.
Und es gab:
Warmer Milchreis mit Zimt und Zucker und dazu noch ein Pflaumen Kompott.
Das war auf jeden Fall mal was anderes.

Das Milchreisding ist bei uns häufig ein Diskussionsgrund. Meine Frau kennt es von zuhause aus auch als Mittagessen wohingegen es bei uns in der Familie nur als Nachtisch galt. Jeder wie er mag..., aber als große Portion sind das dann schon reichlich Kalorien.

Auch nicht schlecht. Bei uns war das auch ein komplettes Mittagessen. Aber es gab eher mal Griessuppe die so ähnlich ist.
In der Reha muss ich ja ins Fitness, da habe ich die Kalorien hoffentlich wieder runter 😁
