The flower is yellow but the fruit is green..
It tastes bitter but with a lot of nutrients and health benefits..
This is a vegetable.. it's long and has wrinkled skin..

I have always wanted to taste ampalaya (Bitter Melon) but it does not grow here. Maybe I will have a chance some day! The flower is lovely, though! 😃
thank you for appreciating.. hope someday you could try..there's a lot of way cooking ampalaya (bitter melon)with out the bitter taste..its delicious and nutretious..😊
