My Daily Activity Report: January 10 2026
Hello everyone, I hope everything is going well in your life and you are having a wonderful day. I'm feeling better today, but my son has fallen ill too; I think we've caught Covid again. I haven't been tested, but we have Covid symptoms. Today I spent time at home and walked at a gentle pace on the treadmill from time to time, managing to exceed 5K. I'm going to bed early today, as I'm feeling under the weather. I'm also drinking lemon and honey linden tea.
According to Google Fit, I walked 5162 steps, 3.71 km, and burned 2259 Cal. Take care of your health and enjoy your life in a healthy way.
