Greetings, my dear friends of Hive Blockchain! I hope you all are doing well and feeling healthy. I am enjoying my life here in my country. It's Saturday 26th day of August 2023 here in Pakistan. Today I am again going to share my today's focus rewards along with the advancement to Gold 2 League in the Wild format of the Splinterlands game with you people. Today I woke up late because I was free and had no work today and completed my sleep. When I woke up I took my breakfast and started scrolling mobile. In the evening time, I opened my laptop to connect with my online world. I claimed my Splinterlands today's focus rewards and then started playing battles in the new focus. REACHED GOLD 2 LEAGUE AFTER A LONG TIME:
Today while playing ranked battles with the Earth splinter monsters I won most of my battles due to which my rating jumped above 2200 and my league tier advanced to gold 2 from gold 3. In the Gold 2 league, I faced strong opponents but I stayed there for today. There are still 4 days remaining in the current season and I will try my best to reach the gold 1 league this time.
Claimed Focus Rewards:
My today's focus was given in the Defend abilities monsters in which I made only 3 loot chests of the Gold league rewards till my focus ended. When I claimed my rewards, my focus for tomorrow was given in the Earth abilities monsters that I didn't change, and started playing battles in it as it is easy for me to win battles with it and I have recently upgraded the Earth splinter summoner to level 4. Currently, I am playing in the Gold 2 league, and I was rewarded with 3 loot chests of the Gold league rewards in which I got 0 cards, 4 potions, 48 merits, and 0.419 SPS.
My Current League and Rating:
In the below screenshot, you can see that there are still 04 days and 18 hours remaining at the end of this season. My pending season-end Gold league chests have increased to 29. My current league is advanced to Gold 2 and today I reached 2247 ratings.

How I hate to find chests with merits.... How are the earnings? Weren't better in Silver?
Merits are still better than potions. We can buy Gladius packs on it. The rewards are not good in the Gold League too.
This may be true and you are right, but finding 8 or 9 merits in a chest is discouraging to me 🤣
