Ironing A Shirt With Buttons - Life Hacks

Hello friends, how are we doing? I'm doing alright and I hope we're all enjoying and relaxing as well. The weekly topics are here again and today, I would like to talk about one life hack I tend to enjoy. It makes life easier and faster for me and I hope for those who do not know this, it helps you as well.

Where do I begin? Life hacks as I understand them are activities or things we do to make our life easier and faster. Yes, technology is here to make our lives way for easier but we can all agree that technology is not perfect and sometimes we have to do some extra stuff to our technologies to make our lives even more easier.

I think we can all agree that ironing is an essential aspect of our lives. Wearing iron clothes just feels different to wearing crumpled clothes. For me, i began to iron a lot for myself when I got to high school because I was in the boarding house and I had to do these on my own. Before high school, I used to iron but sometimes I would get a helping hand from my brothers or parents but since my family were not in school with me, I had to do stuff on my home.

Ironing might look easy on the outside but if you are not one who irons most of the time, it can be very frustrating or tiring. Especially when you have to iron buttoned shirts, it can be quite some way. Even ironing un buttoned shirts can be exhausting if you do not do it with caution and care. I have found myself having to iron again because I did not do it well and just ironed whichever side of my clothes I felt like ironing first.

The life hack I want to address has to do with button up shirts or in other words shirts with buttons. I have realized that while ironing, turning the shirt inside out can help to make the ironing easier, faster and a lot better. Ironing the shirt on the inside will have interference with the buttons but when you turn them inside out, it becomes easier.

Of course, this solution is not perfect but I have found it to be very useful. So, please try it out and let me know if it works for you too.

Also, this works for un button shorts also. Sometimes, our shirts are very crumpled that ironing them with irons that do not heat a lot can be time consuming. First, you can turn the shirt inside out, iron the inside and then turn it back out and iron the outside. It makes for an easier experience.

So, here is one or two hacks for you friends today. I hope for those who do not know this already find it useful and try it out.
