FRUIT LIVING IN ACEH'S FOREST
Hello everyone on ASEAN HIVE COMMUNITY How are you today, I hope you are all healthy, so you can carry out your activities as usual, amen.
Last Sunday me and @syahrul.kojack enjoyed a day off by traveling to the forest, which is about two kilometers from the local residents' settlements.
As usual we wanted to see the beauty of the forest around the village, on the way I saw a fruit that was similar to an apple, but it didn't seem to be edible.
According to information from the local community, this fruit in the aceh language is BOEH ARA.
But I don't know what it's called in Indonesian, so I can't translate it, I'm sorry about this
Looks like an apple doesn't it?
I really like seeing it, it feels like I want to eat it but I'm afraid of poisoning :)
The fruit grows on the tree trunk and the tree releases sap when we peel the skin but it is runny.
After that I also found a tree with a lot of fruit sticking down, I couldn't tell what fruit it was. But if my friend said, this fruit is similar to the one in the village The name in aceh is Boh joek like before, I really can't translate because I don't know if it's in Indonesian
but because it lives in the forest, this fruit cannot be consumed, the tree too but if the one who lives in the village is a big tree and can be consumed
This is similar to the fruit above but different in color and size
We walked again and again found a fruit that was no less beautiful but again I don't know the name, I really apologize for not being able to explain in detail
This fruit is a tree half a meter from the ground, it looks like this fruit is food for birds in the forest
That's my discovery on a Sunday trip, sorry for the typo because I used google translate
This Central African berry attracts attention for its beautiful, shiny, jewel-like appearance. But don't eat it, because this fruit is not for consumption.
In contrast to strawberries and blueberries, the fruit named Polia condensata or known as marble berry looks beautiful and sparkling like gem jewelry. This fruit grows in the forests of Central Africa.
Marble berry is called as the brightest organic plant in nature. This is because the skin of the fruit is glowing. source
