Hello there,
The fear of a new beginning is what most of us can relate to. Bringing something new to life (marriage, academics, skill acquisition, relocating, and so on) has always been fun especially when it’s something you’re very good at but this could also raise fear and anxiety in us and we’ll start thinking if we should really do it or not then procrastination sets in.

Change can be so intimidating and challenging but remember there are chances to get better even when we fail. Failure only makes you get better it’s not enough reason to give up.

Starting afresh can be so cumbersome it will be best for us to break it down and take it one step at a time and remember to celebrate every single win of yours.

Secondly, prepare your plans. Amid the excitement let’s not forget having plans is very necessary this is to help and guide you in your journey. Especially when you miss your steps you can always go back to your notes.

Another helpful way to conquer this fear is to get yourself surrounded with positive-minded people which includes friends and family.
