In Myanmar, the president of the elected government, State Counselor Daw Aung San Suu Kyi and the elected MPs were arrested by the military and illegally seized power.
Then more than 80% of the country's government employees protested that they did not want to serve the country under a military dictator.

မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၌ စစ်တပ်သည် ရွေးကောက်ခံအစိုးရ၏ သမ္မတ၊ နိုင်ငံတော်အတိုင်ပင်ခံပုဂ္ဂိုလ် ဒေါ်အောင်ဆန်းစုကြည် နှင့်တကွ ရွေးကောက်ခံ လွှတ်တော်အမတ်များကို ဖမ်းဆီးကာ တရားဥပဒေမဲ့ အာဏာသိမ်းယူခဲ့သည်။
ထိုအခါ နိုင်ငံ၏ အစိုးရဝန်ထမ်း ၈၀ % ကျော်သည် စစ်အာဏာရှင်၏ လက်အောက်၌ နိုင်ငံ့တာဝန်ကို မထမ်းဆောင်လိုကြောင်း ဆန္ဒပြခဲ့ကြသည်။
ထိုအခါ အာဏာသိမ်းစစ်တပ်သည် ငြိမ်းချမ်းစွာ ဆန္ဒပြကြသူ နိုင်ငံ့ဝန်ထမ်းများကို ဖမ်းဆီး၊ နှိပ်စက်၊ သတ်ဖြတ်ခြင်းများဖြင့် အကြမ်းဖက်ခဲ့သည်။
ထိုနောက် နိုင်ငံ့ဝန်ထမ်း အချို့သည် အကြောက်တရားဖြင့် အကြမ်းဖက်စစ်တပ်၏ တာဝန်ကို ထမ်းဆောင်ခဲ့ကြရသည်။
သို့သော် မတရားအာဏာရယူထားသူ၏ ထံ၌ တာဝန် မထမ်းဆောင်လိုသော နိုင်ငံ့ဝန်ထမ်း ၅၀ % ကျော်သည် အကြမ်းဖက်စစ်တပ်၏ ရန်ကို ပုန်းရှောင်နေကြရသည်။
ထိုအထဲမှ နိုင်ငံ့ဝန်ထမ်းများစွာသည် အကြမ်းဖက်စစ်တပ်ကို တော်လှန်တိုက်ခိုက်သည့် တပ်ဖွဲ့များကို အထောက်အကူပြုနေကြပါသည်။
ယခုအခါ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံသည် စစ်အာဏာသိမ်းခံရသည်မှာ ၃ နှစ် နီးပါး ရှိခဲ့ပြီ ဖြစ်ပြီး ပြည်သူတို့၏ နွေဦးတော်လှန်ရေး စစ်ပွဲသည်လည်း အရှိန်ရလာနေပါပြီ။
တိုင်းရင်းသားလူမျိုးစု တပ်များ နှင့် National Unity Government ဦးဆောင်သော People's Defense Force တပ်များသည် အကြမ်းဖက်စစ်တပ်၏ စခန်းပေါင်း ၅၀၀ ကျော်ကို တိုက်ခိုက်သိမ်းပိုက်နိုင်ခဲ့ပြီး မြို့ပေါင်း ၂၅ မြို့ကျော်ကို ထိန်းချုပ်ထားနိုင်ပြီ ဖြစ်သည်။
ယခုလအတွင်း၌ပင် အကြမ်းဖက်စစ်တပ်၏ စစ်သား ၁၀၀၀၀ ကျော်သည် လက်နက်ချ အညံ့ခံခဲ့ကြသည်။
သို့ဖြစ်၍ မကြာသောအချိန်အခါ၌ ပြည်သူတို့၏ နွေဦးတော်လှန်ရေး အောင်ပွဲ ရရှိတော့ပါမည်။
