Before we start, I'll list the ingredients of my mango float and here are the ingredients for my own mango float:

  • 2 Kilos of ripe mangoes

  • 1 pack of Grahams

  • 2 cans of Cream & Condensed milk [or 1 pouch of cream & 2 cans of condensed milk if there were no available cream & condensed milk]

  • Any container to put all the ingredients

Last two days ago, I make a mango float in my house because I am craving for it and also the prices of the mangoes drop in our place, Imagine for 1 kilo of mango costs only $0.50, that's really cheap compared before that costs almost $2.00 per kilo because it is mango season in our place meaning there were lots of supply of mangoes that's why the price is decreasing.

I grab the opportunity of making mango float and I have also grahams that is stock in our house and the only thing that I need to buy are mangoes, cream, and condense milk. I bought 2 kilos of mangoes which costs only $1.00 and for the cream and condense milk, I saw in one of the aisle in the supermarket that there is a combo can that is cream & condense milk which is way more cheaper if I bought a cream and condense milk separately and it only costs

There are only 3 ingredients of making mango float, mangoes, grahams, and cream & condense milk. These are the only thing that we needed to make a mango float, there are also sellers in my town that also sells mango float but I want to make for myself.

Firstly, I cooled the cream & condense milk in the refrigerator for about 1 to 2 hours to become more sticky, then slice the mangoes, and open the grahams.

Next, I needed a container to put my mango float and I saw an ice cream tub in the kitchen for my container. I put the grahams first in the container and then put the sticky cream & condensed milk to cover the grahams, after that I sliced the mangoes in cubes using a knife and get that sliced cubes using the spoon.

After putting the mangoes, we need to put another layer of cream and condensed milk to make the grahams more sweet and lastly cover the mangoes with another grahams. Repeat the steps until it will stack up to get your desired stack for the mango float. As for me, I stack it up until it is full for the container.

Then, put them into the refrigerator for the mango float to be cold because if we don't put it in the refrigerator, the mango float will not as tasty as it should be, and wait for a couple of hours maybe 4 to 8 hours to cool and serve it with your family.

For less than $8.00 I can make a tasty and delicious mango float in my house and I will make again if my family will request another set of mango float because I also loves making these kind of dessert.

My family is happy with what I make and maybe I will suggest to make another one for my niece's incoming birthday which is 2 days from my writing. I am also excited for my niece's birthday and I think this will be another awesome and exciting birthday for my niece because my sister wants to have a good and memorable birthday for her daughter.
