Sound Sleep - A Luxurious Dream!

How are you doing? Sleep is the something we all need, want and not also into our control. Sleep cycle is a part of human body and nature also has endowed us with nights to get relaxed and give the much needed rest to our body. Eventually everything in our life related to our sleep and how well we sleep. Most of body disorder are due to lack of proper sleep. Sleeping is the best stress buster for me, whenever I am so stressed and anxious, I try to sleep over itπŸ˜‚. I mean the best way to to overcome overthinking, the extra heat and pressure is to just have a nice sleep and let everything go away.

Sleeping is not just about the quantity, it's about the quality as well. I had quite a major problems in the past sleeping. I am very over attentive and wake up in the night just at a low sound. This is something I am trying to overcome. Especially in winters when we usually have silent nights as compared to winters, i tried
to push myself under the blanket and had a hard time sleeping. I am sure we all have our own sleep issues , whether it's sleeping or waking up. Many of us also have big issues in the morning, while waking up. I had much issue waking up in the morning, since i an early bird. I usually wake up around 6 AM. Although i am trying to sleep early in order to wake up more early. However no matter how hard I try, going early in bed is still a hard task for me. I am working on it right now. Recently i tried having chamomile tea before going to bed. It is said chamomile tea is good for stress and relief which also aids in sleeping.

A nice and sound sleep have far impact both internally and externally than we could ever imagine. At young age we comprises with our sleep which is very bad habit. This carelessness will turn into a usual norm in few years and than it becomes really hard to get on schedule with our sleep. It is scientifically proven that having a fixed sleep cycle that is sleeping and waking up at almost same time everyday is very beneficial for mind and body. Sleeping at irregular times everyday totally disrupts the sleep cycle and we can have headaches, disturbed mood throughout the day.

Dreaming is a reflection of healthy and sound sleep. A quality sleep gives better rest to our mind and improve our cognitive functions. Dreams are associated are creativity, emotional intelligence and thought processes. It's good to have dreams, as having dreams ensures our quality of sleep. A state of perfect satisfaction and relief. I had some weird and imaginary dreams. Most of my dreams are somewhat imagination based roleplay of movies. Then there is a more frequent dream which I don't know what it implies. Many times in my dreams I happen to fall. The fall can be while walking, from sky or anything else. However it seems so realistic that i had some fragments of realisation into sleep as well. Dreams are so confusing and unrealistic. Most of the time our dreams are part of our day to day life, whatever we are going through that perticular period of time we tend to associate the same while sleeping. Then there are so many myths, beliefs and misconceptions around dreams. One such is that early morning dreams are bound to become reality.

When I have trouble sleeping, I try to visualise myself into a fictional world and a fantasy character. I build my own story and plot development. This is something i have taken from movies. Being a hard core movie lover, i easily associate myself with fantasy of the dream worlds which help me dive into depth of this unending universe. Anyone we all have our own fantasy world whether in the sleep or in real world. Important is we build a routine of our sleep and focus on quality as well as quantity of the sleep. A nice sleep will make our day energetic, calm and productive as well.

I love dreams, but I don't dream as frequently as I wish to. A year could pass by before I have a dream but it usually comes before an important event and it tells me what is about to happen. Maybe that's why I want to have more, to be better prepared of happenings.

Having a constant sleep cycle is quite cool and healthy indeed. I do take my sleep seriously because a healthy, relaxed mind is extremely beneficial to life. I do love the fact that you've created means of having a good sleep amidst unfavorable conditionsπŸ‘Œ
