For those that read my posts, comments, and replies often, you know that I love, believe in, and I am deeply passionate about the Hive Blockchain Ecosystem. I say often that I am all in for the long haul on Hive, and I mean that. Yes, like many, perhaps most of you, I am here to create something that I can use to support myself, and live off of at some point.

That's only part of my reason for showing up here every day to build and grow. I see the truly immense potential of Hive to help many, many people, all over the world. This glorious blockchain puts everyone on the same economic footing, regardless of where they are, or what the situation is where they live. Any token on Hive, whether it is the two layer-1 tokens, HIVE and HBD, or any of the innumerable layer-2 tokens, can be bought, sold, or swapped for any other within the ecosystem, and they can also be converted to local fiat currencies anywhere in the world. Do you realize how significant that is?

As we grow on the Blockchain, our power and influence grows as well. We have the very real opportunity to use this ever-growing power that we have to help, support, and lift those we encounter, and with whom we interact here. One of the elegant aspects of Hive is that, by its very design, we must help others to help ourselves grow here. We quite literally rise by lifting others around us. This is beautiful to me. No one here succeeds alone. We need each other. Knowing this, we can intentionally use and leverage the power and influence that we have to assist as many people around us as we can. That's my intention always.

Upvotes and tips are part of this for sure, however, so are the words that we use, to gently teach newcomers, to share our appreciation and love, to connect in an authentic and real way with our fellow brothers and sisters on the other side of the screen. Our words and how we use them have immense power too, and learning how to use them well is also an important lesson to learn here. It could be because of what we say to someone that is the reason that s/he stays on the Blockchain, or goes outside of his or her comfort zone to try something new. We're here to help each other, remember that.

Each and every day when you come to this exceptional Blockchain, consider how you might be able to create greater abundance for both yourself and others. What win-win dynamics could be generated? Small acts of kindness can go a long way, especially for newcomers, who are starting with little or nothing. Above all, I gently ask that you use your power here well, and that you choose to be a force for good on this beloved, glorious blockchain. Be a reason that it becomes ever-more amazing. Thank you.
