I Am #AliveAndThriving Today! || #IAmAliveChallenge || Daily Off-Grid Jungle Journal Entry: Day #527 - Medicinal Tea Done, and 2nd Place in SSC Saver of the Year! - GaiaYoga Gardens, Lower Puna, Far East Big Island, Hawai'i - Friday, January 5, 2024

I live barefooted and naked, very close to Earth and Nature, in an 18-acre, off-grid, clothing-optional, food-forest intentional community (GaiaYoga Gardens), way out in the jungles of Lower Puna, far East Big Island, Hawai'i. I love my life, and I'm immensely grateful to live where and how I do, on my own terms! I would not want to live any other way! 😁🙏💚⚡💥🔥✴️✳️❇️👣🌱✨🤙

This morning, Saturday, I have two cool things to tell you. One, I finished pouring out the last round of my medicinal tea, then mixed all the rounds in my giant stainless-steel pot, and finally filled 9 half-gallon Mason jars with this magical brew. I poured out a quart jar for myself, and I've been sipping and savoring every drop of it, alternating with sips of my superfood fire coffee. This batch of tea is soooo delicious, and my body fricking loves it! It's like, 'give me more!', after every sip! I have a strong feeling of satisfaction and gratitude at completing this batch of tea, and enjoying the wonderful fruits of my labors. So good!

The other nifty thing that I have to mention is that I came in second place in the #SaturdaySavers Club Saver of the Year, after being nominated by @hoosie last week (thank you so very much again, brother!)! As a prize, I won 15 EDSMM tokens, which is an excellent income token that mines EDS! EDS tokens pay out HIVE once per week. I already had 14 EDSMM, so with the 15 that I just won, I'm up to a total of 29 EDSMM now, which is more than a 100% increase in my holding! Excellent! My Hive Multi-Stream Passive Income Machine is coming together more each and every day!

With the payout from last Saturday's version of this post I'll have something over 6,025 HP, which is pretty nice considering that I just reached 6,000 HP on Wednesday (January 3) afternoon. Growth all around, from my HP, to reputation (68.864), HBD in Savings (232.353), and assorted income tokens, is humming along in quite a lovely manner indeed!

Of my six 2024 Life Goals, yesterday I connected and worked with three of them, making my medicinal tea, working with sovereignty-driven technology (Hive, Qortal, Bastyon, and Arch Linux, though no coding languages yet), as well as doing some work in my plant nursery for a while, weeding, and selecting rarer and more-unique plants to take to the other side of the property to stage to be planted very soon. Touching on so many of my yearly life goals in the same day left me feeling quite accomplished and satisfied. I intend to continue with this, to make it a consistent trend. I really like keeping these goals at the bottom of these posts, to help keep them in my daily awareness.

I left the Flow House yesterday, Friday, just before 2:30PM, after finishing my afternoon round of essential Hive tasks. Since I had taken photos for this post in the morning, I could jump right into pouring out the first round of my medicinal tea. With the tea set to steep for the second time, I moved on to other tasks. As is my usual most days (except Sunday), I collected a wheelbarrow full of Melochia leaves for cow-milking food. One I had that finished, I focused on the above-mentioned work in my nursery. After weeding and moving some rarer plants to the Landing to stage for planting, I decided to put one of these rarer plants (I'll write about it later) in the ground right then. Luckily this was a quick process, and only took my machete and a small shover. After getting this one plant (a very showy ornamental with huge, pendant, pink flowers) in the ground, I got an o-o bar and larger shover, and dug up one bunchie-top-infected banana plant for Ano.

After land work, I took a shower, strained out kefir for my kefir-honey-cinnamon-cacao blend, poured out the second round of my medicinal tea and put the third and last round of hot water in the jars full of leaves to steep until morning, made myself food, then I headed back to the Flow House for my evening round of Hive tasks and catching up on notifications, which I was able to finish just before 10PM. As usual, I did a round of token management, and then I went to bed just before 11PM. I slept well until about 4AM, then unable to sleep further, I did another round of token management. I tried unsuccessfully to sleep again, and finally got out of bed at 7AM to go to the Landing to pour out the last round of my medicinal tea, mix all the batches together, then distribute this glorious magical liquid into the half-gallon jars to put in the fridge. After I finished the tea, I made my superfood fire coffee.

It's 1PM, so it's an excellent time to wrap up this post, so that I can get to my afternoon round of Hive essential tasks, before leaving the Flow House in the later afternoon, to take photos for tomorrow's expression of this post, and then land work. 2024 Life Goals

1.) Heal my broken heart. 

2.) Bring myself and my life back into balance, integration, and wholeness, and do regular integral practices. 

3.) Make my plant nursery beautiful again. 

4.) Prepare regular batches of my medicinal teas collected from the land again. 

5.) Continue my work with Arch Linux, Hive, Qortal, Bastyon, and other sovereignty-driven technologies, as well as learn relevant coding/programming languages to more fully contribute. 

6.) Get regular healing sessions with women flowing again.
