I Am #AliveAndThriving Today! || #IAmAliveChallenge || Daily Off-Grid Jungle Journal Entry: Day #476 - Keep Your Eyes on the Target, No Matter What! - GaiaYoga Gardens, Lower Puna, Far East Big Island, Hawai'i - Wednesday, November 15, 2023

I live barefooted and naked, very close to Earth and Nature, in an 18-acre, off-grid, clothing-optional, food-forest intentional community (GaiaYoga Gardens), way out in the jungles of Lower Puna, far East Big Island, Hawai'i. I love my life, and I'm immensely grateful to live where and how I do, on my own terms! I would not want to live any other way! 😁🙏💚⚡💥🔥✴️✳️❇️👣🌱✨🤙

When something is sufficiently important to you, and you want something badly enough, you won't let anything stop you in the realization of your goal, regardless of the challenges that meet you on your path. You will always find a way. That's how I am with Hive. I see Hive's potential clearly, I love and believe in what exists now, and I have solid and clear goals here, both short and long-term, and I'm not going to let anything stand in my way in bringing them into actuality. Period.

Case in point. This morning I uploaded the photos for this post on PeakD, got it ready to write, then when I was ready to actually write it, PeakD's main website server went down for maintenance. Doh! Talk about inconvenient timing! Luckily I know well the incredible importance of redundancy, so always have backup ways of doing just about everything. In this case, my backup was PeakD's Beta website server, which I used to re-upload my photos, and to begin writing this post. Even if that site were not working, I would have used another, such as Ecency's website. My point is that I've set my goal of publishing at least one post every day (and I have done so now for more than 1 year, 10 months, 2 weeks, and 2 days), and hell of high water, I'm going to so exactly that!

Hive is not a casual thing or a second thought for me, but a primary focus of my time, energy, and efforts. I treat it exactly like my own precious personal business (that benefits both others here, as well as myself), so my commitment and dedication to its success are unwavering, unshakable, and unstoppable!

From my perspective this is the kind of commitment, dedication, consistency, perseverence, and tenacity that are needed to succeed, not only on Hive, but also in life. Never give in, never give up, and never surrender!

Very thankfully I've been able to catch on all my Hive notifications every day since Sunday, along with my other various Hive tasks. After wrapping up essential tasks and a good round of catching up, I left the Flow House after my afternoon Hive round just after 3:30PM yesterday, Wednesday. I took a short time, of course, to take photos for this post before jumping into land work. My work consisted of helping Sperry to paint on a borax solution on the wood and bamboo of the Fuchsia Phoenix, to stop wood-eating beetles from damaging the structure further. Sperry did the inside, I got one side on the outside done. We worked until sunset, by which time it became challenging to see what we were doing clearly.

After finishing work, I took a shower, strained out kefir for my kefir-honey-cinnamon-cacao blend, got food supplies from Tutu's, had a fun and impromptu exercise session with Iolanthe (Ano and Melekai's 11-year-old daughter) in Tutu's, got leftover food that I had in the Landing, got my kitten friend some food, then I returned to the Flow House for my evening round of Hive catch-up and tasks. I was able to get everything done and caught up by just after 10:30PM, and I stayed up for another hour or so to do a round of token management, then I went to sleep just after 11:30PM. I slept well until 3:30AM, and because I couldn't sleep after that for a while, I used my time to do @benthomaswwd's @heartbeatonhive contest, a little more token management, and then I went back to sleep until just after 8AM, which is when I got out of bed to get my leftover superfood fire coffee from the Landing fridge, along with some food for my kitten friend. I attended the community NVC meeting from 9AM to 11:30AM, then I returned to the Flow House to re-create the beginning of this post, and begin writing it after PeakD's main site went down for maintenance, as mentioned above.

It's just after 1PM, so it's a great time to end this post, so I can get to me my afternoon round of Hive essential tasks, before going to do some land work later in the afternoon. I deeply appreciate you all very much! Until tomorrow! Onward and upward, joyfully together! 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙
