MESSAGE AND ADVICE FROM OLDER PEOPLE

I heard this advices sharing by Uncle Jack who is born in 1923 which make he has been alive for 100 years in his tiktok while im editing this photo . You might interest to follow him on his tiktok account at @askunclejack . This is what he say ;

Go outside . Be with nature ,
Breathe the fresh air
and be kind to your neighbour,
The mind can go crazy just staring at your magic windows
(i guess he mean this phone or pc),
A simple walk outside and all the clouds will clear ,
Be well my friend ,

It was simple but powerfull quote from people who live long enough in earth.

This black and white photo was taken in Bali , Indonesia . He is much older than me , but still younger than Uncle Jack , but as i have remember , he also say the same thing like Uncle Jack which he did mention to be goo with each other , and go outside and spend more time with nature.

I guess it is not coincedence to be remind by different people , that located in different area that giving me the same message . I past this message to those out there , so you also being remind like me .
