Feliz Navidad
Hojas de nuevo amigos de aliento.
Un gran saludo navideño a todos los que comparten sus vivencias en ésta plataforma y sobretodo en ésta comunidad.
Mi hijo me dijo que puedo seguir compartiendo con ustedes mi día a día y pues así nos ayudamos mutuamente cuando nos tengamos que regresar al estado monagas.
My son told me that I can continue to share with you my day to day life and that way we can help each other when we have to return to the state of Monagas.
El día de ayer comenzó la misión hallacas, desde bien temprano limpiando las hojas y alistando los aliños para el guiso.
Yesterday the hallacas mission began early in the morning, cleaning the leaves and preparing the seasonings for the stew.
Éstas tradiciones de compartir en familia es algo que hacemos muchos años rededor de el mundo entero, sin embargo cada cultura tiene su forma de realizar ésto, por ejemplo las hojas acá en el estado Zulia no son las mismas hojas de plátano que usamos comúnmente allá en oriente, se usan otros ingredientes y un método un poco distinto de preparación ya que nosotros usamos aceitunas alcaparras en el guiso y ellos usan otros tipos de grano.
These traditions of sharing with the family is something we do for many years around the world, however each culture has its own way of doing this, for example the leaves here in the state of Zulia are not the same banana leaves that we commonly use in the east, other ingredients are used and a slightly different method of preparation since we use olives and capers in the stew and they use other types of grain.
Hace dos días terminamos el proceso de los papeles que debíamos sacar para mis nietas y ya estamos más tranquilos con ese tema, gracias a Dios todo salió como lo esperábamos, se que no suelo hablar tan libremente sobre mi vida y mucho menos compartir fotografías de esta forma pero he sentido seguridad y ánimos de hablar sobre esto, mi enfoque acá en la plataforma es dar pequeños cursos de crochet los cuales estaré cumpliendo a principios de este año 2024 sin ánimos de extenderme demasiado me despido deseándoles una feliz Navidad a todos.
Two days ago we finished the process of the papers that we had to get for my granddaughters and we are calmer with that issue, thank God everything went as expected, I know I do not usually talk so freely about my life and much less share pictures in this way but I have felt confident and encouraged to talk about this, my focus here on the platform is to give small crochet courses which I will be fulfilling at the beginning of this year 2024 without wanting to extend too much I say goodbye wishing you all a Merry Christmas.
