Healthy Hibiscus, Citrus And Ginger Juices 🌺🍊🥤

Greetings amazing friends and community. Wishing everyone a positive and blissful week ahead with wellness.

The days are gradually ticking and we are all warming up, putting things in order and arranging how we can enjoy the best of the season because Christmas 🎄🎅is celebrated just once in a year. Am full of excitement knowing that with life and good health we will get to celebrate making our foods and drinks in our own way to treat our family, friends and loved 🥰 ones.

Today I want to share with you how I have prepared a healthy sweet and tasteful hibiscus 🌺 juice , adding some citrus orange 🍊, ginger and cinnamon to give it a lovely taste and more healthy

Hibiscus is a plant flower 🌺🌸with many species but the red, pink are most commonly used as culinary. Best of all, we can enjoy hibiscus tea, juice or drinks through the-year-round either by boiling the fresh flowers from our garden or by purchasing the dried preserved flowers.

Here I will show you guys how I have combined orange, ginger and cinnamon to prepare this hibiscus juice 🥤

INGREDIENTS

1 cup of dried hibiscus
1 orange
1 thumb size ginger
5 teaspoon of premium sugar
3 glasses of spring water
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder

STEPS FOR PREPARATION:

Step 1.

To prepare this juice, I first peeled s and grated the ginger.

Step 2.

Next is to wash, cut and slice the orange 🍊 in small sizes.

Step 3.

And here I have both ready to move to prepare the juice 🥤

I will wash the hibiscus, set it on the cooker and cover to heat and start boiling.

Step 5.

Once the hibiscus 🌺 boils for about 3 minutes, I will add the ginger, the orange, the sugar and some cinnamon powder and allow to boil on for another 5 minutes integrating all combined ingredients.

Step 6.

Once time elapses, I will bring it down and allow to cool down properly

Next is to sieve the hibiscus gradually obtaining a smooth healthy juice.

Here I have the juice and residual which I can still preserve for a cup more of the juice.

And I will serve this healthy hibiscus juice . The extra ingredients added to this juice gave it a more lovely delicious taste. Its so easy to make with every available ingredients. I recommend this combination with citrus flavor children will love ❤️ 🥤.

This drink is delicious @sunshine29, because those flavors combine wonderfully. Today, by the way, I made Jamaica Flower water, but I accompanied it with lime juice, it is always great. Thank you very much for your recipe, and by the way, that fish-shaped grater is very pretty.
