October recap!! 🎸📚🍑

Octubre fue un mes movido. Hubo aprendizajes, celebraciones y mucho trabajo detrás de cámaras. Asistí al Blockchain Summit Latam - Colombia y a un evento dedicado al empoderamiento de las mujeres en Web 3. Le puse el corazón a uno de mis trabajos y eso implicó amanecidas y trasnochos, pero hasta ahora ha valido la pena, el esfuerzo y la dedicación. Pude compartir bonitos momentos con mi familia y amigos. Celebramos algunos cumpleaños, y hablamos sobre cosas importantes y difíciles.
En esta recopilación no hay fotos de cada uno de mis días, pero sí quería dejar por escrito cuán emotivo e importante para mí fue el mes de octubre.

Pronto termina este año y yo también estoy pensando en mis cierres y despedidas. Tengo planes personales y profesionales para el 2024, finalmente tengo un objetivo en mente claro y me siento confiada y tranquila. Continuaré trabajando con el corazón y después de estas altas dosis de trabajo que he tenido durante 10 meses, entre mis planes está trabajar más inteligentemente para poder dedicarle más tiempo a mis personas favoritas. Sé que eso no podré hacerlo desde enero 2024, pero en enero comenzará mi camino para conseguir esta meta. Los planes y proyectos se organizan y anticipan con tiempo, el mes de octubre me ha servido precisamente para eso ✅❤️

October was a busy month. There were learnings, celebrations and a lot of behind-the-scenes work. I attended the Blockchain Summit Latam - Colombia and an event dedicated to the empowerment of women in Web 3. I put my heart into one of my jobs and that meant early mornings and late nights, but so far it has been worth the effort and dedication. I was able to share beautiful moments with my family and friends. We celebrated some birthdays, and talked about important and difficult things.
In this compilation there are no pictures of each of my days, but I did want to write down how emotional and important October was for me.

Soon this year is ending and I am also thinking about my closings and goodbyes. I have personal and professional plans for 2024, I finally have a clear goal in mind and I feel confident and calm. I will continue to work my heart out and after these high doses of work that I have had for 10 months, among my plans is to work smarter so I can dedicate more time to my favorite people. I know that I won't be able to do that from January 2024, but January will be the beginning of my journey to achieve this goal. Plans and projects are organized and anticipated with time, the month of October has served me precisely for that ✅❤️
