I saw a very interesting thought on a social network, which encouraged me to share it with you and write my opinion about it. I was surprised by such synergy that this phrase has, which made me reflect on many things I see in everyday life. This thought is as follows:

“Wealth is not measured by the assets you possess,
but rather for the good that is done”_{Miguel de Cervantes.}

I found this thought incredible, when talking precisely about the difference in vision we can have about what wealth is for us. Many imagine and desire wealth that comes from material goods, such as money, jewelry or property, for example, while others believe that true wealth is the act of being able to spread good, the positive influence you can have on people close to you.

We can use this, with the vision we have here at Hive, in that eternal discussion about quality and values, or influence and sum of posts in a person's life. Anyone who has never questioned the value of a post, saying that it did not deserve X value, but this judgment is made just by looking in a material way at what we have there in front of us, has stopped to think that the added value is precisely due to the teaching, intellectual gain or positive impact on the lives of those who read that post?

In reality, this happens all the time, as judgments about a person are made solely by the financial value of their actions. Does anyone ever stop and think about the incentive value? Of kindness? Of social, loving and positive influence on the lives of those affected? Hardly not, no one thinks that, success is only achieved if the guy who did something made a lot of money, but what if he doesn't make anything in terms of money, but has transformed the lives of 5 people for the better, is that success? Is it wealth?

Returning to the phrase Miguel de Cervantes, we can see that it emphasizes, in a very direct way, that the true way to measure a person's prosperity is in their ability to make a difference in other people's lives. A very real teaching, which unfortunately we don't take very seriously, whether in the real or virtual world and which certainly makes you think exactly that in relation to Hive: that guy earns well, it's not because he's doing something wrong or creating countless schemes, but because the posts are an incentive, a difference, a tangible change in someone's life.

It made me open my eyes and the way we judge things and people. I will certainly now look differently at posts that seem bad or without content, but perhaps this content is exactly what I explained, not the physical, but the sentimental, the ability to positively impact a person's life. When people ask me about wealth, I hope I can say that this is true wealth, helping people, positively impacting their lives and making a difference.

Vi um pensamento bem interessante em uma rede social, que me incentivou a compartilhar com vocês e escrever a minha opinião sobre o mesmo. Fiquei surpreso com a tamanha sinergia que essa frase têm, que me fez refletir sobre muitas coisas que vejo no cotidiano. Este pensamento é o seguinte:

Achei incrível este pensamento, ao falar justamente sobre a diferença de visão que podemos ter sobre o que é a riqueza para nós. Muitos imaginam e desejam a riqueza que vem por bens materiais, como dinheiro, joias ou propriedades, por exemplo, enquanto outros se baseiam que a verdadeira riqueza é o ato de você conseguir espalhar o bem, da influência positiva que você pode exercer sobre as pessoas próximas a você.

Podemos utilizar isso, com a visão que temos aqui na Hive, naquela eterna discussão sobre qualidade e valores, ou de influência e soma de postagens na vida de uma pessoa. Quem nunca questionou o valor de uma postagem, dizendo que ela não merecia X valor, mas, esse julgamento é feito apenas olhando de uma forma material para o que temos ali na nossa frente, já parou para pensar que o valor agregado é justamente pelo ensinamento, ganho intelectual ou impacto positivo na vida de quem leu aquela postagem?

Na realidade, isso acontece a todo instante, pois os julgamentos sobre uma pessoa são feitos apenas pelo valor financeiro de suas ações, alguém por acaso para e pensa sobre o valor de incentivo? De bondade? De influência social, amorosa e positiva na vida das pessoas afetadas? Dificilmente não, ninguém pensa isso, o sucesso é obtido apenas se o cara que fez algo ganhou muito dinheiro, mas, e se ele não ganhar nada na questão monetária, mas tiver transformado a vida de 5 pessoas para melhor, isso é sucesso? É riqueza?

Voltando para a frase Miguel de Cervantes, podemos perceber que ela enfatiza, de uma forma bem direta, que a verdadeira forma de medir a prosperidade de uma pessoa, está na capacidade dela fazer a diferença na vida de outras pessoas. Um ensinamento bem real, que infelizmente não levamos muito a sério, seja no mundo real ou virtual e que com certeza te faz pensar exatamente isso em relação a Hive: aquele cara ganha bem, não é porque está fazendo algo de errado ou criando inúmeros esquemas, e sim pelas postagens serem um incentivo, uma diferença, uma mudança palpável na vida de alguém.

Isso me fez abrir os olhos e o jeito que julgamos as coisas e as pessoas. Com certeza agora olharei de outra forma postagens que parecem ruins ou sem conteúdo, mas, talvez esse conteúdo seja exatamente isso que expliquei, não ao físico, mas sim ao sentimental, a capacidade de impactar positivamente a vida de uma pessoa. Quando me perguntarem sobre riquezas, espero poder dizer que a verdadeira riqueza é essa, ajudar as pessoas, impactar positivamente suas vidas e fazer a diferença.
