It came with ease.

I celebrate every girl child, lady and woman out there. You are strong, beautiful and great. Many times when I consider the pains we pass through naturally I wish it can be changed. The menstrual pain and child birth most times are unbearable not to now think of pains inflicted by failed relationships, disappointment from friends and family and many more. In all of these, I am happy I'm a woman because I carry greatness inside of me and no pain can stop me.
My experience last year with menstrual pains was something else, sometimes I suffered migraines that are most times severe and hinders me from going to work, another time it's body pains or fever. I got tired that I hated menstruation but I can't do without it.

I adopted a new routine this year which helped in reducing my pains. I noticed that I was loosing my body shape due to unhealthy eating and lifestyle so I decided I will adopt body exercise to burn out some fat that I have accumulated. I don't have money to register in a gym so I downloaded ladies regular exercise app. I make sure that I wake early to do a minimum of eight minutes exercise regularly. Few days into the morning exercise I started having pains all over my body but I persisted. I massaged my body just to feel relieved and continued my routine and that was how my body got used to it. I continued and now I don't have pains again.

Last year it was difficult for me to fast. I decided I was going to start fasting once in awhile and that I have started. I drink more water, most times warm water on empty stomach in the morning and eat less. I feel much healthier and these activities will continue to be my routine this year.
I was in church when I felt the drop of blood, my menstruation came with ease, it's been long I experience such, I was happy because I didn't experience the pains, my new lifestyle helped alot. Sometimes, the solution we are looking for is with us we just need to be calm to get it. I believe this might help someone so I decided to share. The summary of my experience is eat healthy food in appropriate quantity, try body exercise as it help to boost our health, feed more on fruits, drink more water and be intentional about your wellbeing.

Menstrual pains can be deadly. Of recent, I saw post of someone died from menstrual pains. I see how different ladies handle theirs and I can tell it's really big deal. Y'all are champions. I celebrate y'all.

My menstrual pain was unbearable, but after I had my daughter my body changed I no longer feel pain, but I get super exhausted all the time and get bloated. Exercise does help a lot

I have not given birth...but your experience is similar to that of my sister. It was something else for me last year. Thank God it's getting better. I appreciate your comment my lady.

I also suffered with those horrible pains, then I started taking a natural tea, doing exercises, and I calmed down a lot, but recently I got my period, and the pains came back, it's horrible, but well, it's time to try to get better, thanks for sharing your experience, greetings.

I'm sorry to hear that the pain came back, I don't pray mine comes back again. Migraine is something I really hate, I have to walk around like a blind woman and look for ice to wrap around my eyes. The experience is not palatable at all my lady.

These are nice routine.

I never knew the pain from menstruation are always that painful. I have never seen my sisters make that much complain about their period, I hardly know when they are on their period but you see my girlfriend. Omg
There was a time she was even on drip and I felt like it was more of a disease than normal cycle but I think it’s better handled now.

Well, i always appreciate ladies that work out, keep it up

Menstrual pains experiences differs actually, some don't normally have it but those that do needs to be monitored and care for at that period. Some people gets angry easily when they are on while some don't. It's changes as the year goes by. Most times what we eat matters too. You can read more on it because ladies love guys that pays attention to things like this. Thanks for stopping by.
