The lonely gravestone from the mid 1800's still stands. I love strolling through old cemeteries; it's a profound experience to look at the dates of those who have passed before us. Folks who passed who experienced things like the prairie life, the early Mississippi River riverboat days, fights, gunfights, the flu, and whatever else. In the case of this gravestone, this young boy didn't get to experience much in life, but an angel still reminds of us his life. I took this with my Google Pixel 7 Pro camera.
