Sleep is a rest and repair process for living things, so a healthy sleep is essential for a healthy life. When people sleep regularly, there are repairs in the cardiovascular, respiratory, nervous, endocrine, gastrointestinal and immune systems and changes in body organization. The central nervous system, which is at the beginning of this process, works as a command center and all centers of the brain undertake a certain important task in this process. And the brain regions that regulate wakefulness and sleep transition to each other in a balanced manner during healthy sleep, determining the transition to sleep, the duration and stages of sleep, and the time of waking up. In short, a healthy sleep is essential for a healthy life and you are as healthy as you sleep, so all experts and doctors recommend that we attach great importance to our sleep quality.

Sleeping Issues

I think it's not important how much you sleep, but how quality sleep you have. So, in my opinion, having quality sleep is healthier than sleeping longer. There is no strict limit for sleep, so if you have time, you can sleep as much as you want, and the important thing is to wake up feeling rested and energetic. Some people wake up feeling rested and energetic after sleeping 5 hours a day, while others feel poorly rested even after sleeping 10 hours. Those who sleep regularly, wake up early, and go to sleep and wake up at the same time every day generally have quality sleep. People who sleep well are less likely to get sick than others, and their immune system is strong because the immune system is repaired during sleep. Sleeping at different times every day, sleeping less, or having frequent interruptions in sleep at night cause sleep issues. Especially frequent interruption of night sleep can cause disruption of sleep architecture, and people whose night sleep is interrupted become tired, irritable during the day, and experience lack of attention and concentration. This is one of the problems I experience most and I will talk about it below.

My Sleeping Habit

Until my first child was born, I had a regular sleep and would go to bed at 23:00 every day and wake up at 6:00 in the morning, but after you have a child, like many things in your life, your sleep pattern is disrupted, and this is exactly what happened to me. Even though I cannot sleep at regular times, I attach great importance to quality sleep and sleep an average of 7 hours every day. Since I am my own boss and I work freelance, I sleep whenever I want and wake up whenever I want, but I still attach great importance to going to bed early in the evening and waking up early in the morning. But this isn't always the case for me. For example, I want to talk about my work in the last 2 months. I completed a job that should have been completed in 5 months in 2 months with an intense work schedule, and I would like to add that I finished it today. To be honest, this is not healthy at all and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. However, the reason I did not work so hard was to spend more time with my family in the summer, and I will not take another job for the next 5 months and will spend more time with my family and of course have better quality sleep.

When I sleep irregularly, especially when my sleep is frequently interrupted at night, that is, when I have sleep problems, I feel tired, irritable and lack of attention and concentration during the day. Frankly, I have experienced this a lot in the last 2 months and it is really unhealthy, so I will not make such a ridiculous work schedule again. And in the coming days, I will make my sleep more regular again and I plan to go to bed at 23:00 and wake up at 6:00, which is an ideal sleep pattern for me. As before, I will wake up at 6 every morning, first get busy with Hive, then go for a short walk, then return home and have breakfast with my family. This is the program I want to do every morning and my day goes better when it does.

I recommend that those with sleep problems go to bed at the same time every night and wake up at the same time every morning, and avoid daytime sleep. When you do these, you will see that you will not have any sleep problems and you will have a better quality sleep, at least that's what it is for me.

I also want to talk about my dreams. I don't dream very much, but I wish I could control my dreams because sometimes I have such wonderful dreams that when I wake up, I go back to sleep hoping that I can continue the dream where I left off, but unfortunately I can't continue where I left off. However, sometimes I have such bad dreams that I wake up scared. If I remember correctly, last summer, in July or August, I dreamed that I had power down my hive power and sold it all, and I woke up scared. This was a really scary dream. When I woke up, I was still under the influence of the dream and the first thing that came to my mind was how, after I powered down, all my HIVE was instantly added to my wallet? However, as far as I know, unstake lasts 13 weeks. I can't believe I asked myself these questions even though I woke up. Even though it seems funny now, it was very scary at that moment. Fortunately, this was just a dream.

I wish you all a healthy life, remember that you are as healthy as you sleep.
