"Kill Bill" is the signature single from SZA's landmark album SOS, and it also became a huge success worldwide. Additionally, it achieved great success in the charts. The song mirrors the plot of the Kill Bill movie duology, from which it is named. "Kill Bill"'s 2023 remix opens with a vivid scene of revenge rapped by Doja Cat, whose classic hip-hop sensibility brings out the boom-bap base of "Kill Bill. The lyrics discuss the fantasy of killing an ex-boyfriend and his new girlfriend out of jealousy, and use humorous irony along with violent imagery that contrasts with SZA's soft vocals. I really liked the lyrics, cinematic narration, poetic quality of the song, and SZA's vocals are really good too.
