Journey keyboardist Jonathan Cain's father always told him, "Don't stop believing" And when he sat down to write a song with Journey frontman Stephen Ray Perry, he thought about the encouragement his father had given him, and they wrote "Don't Stop Believin'". And with the help of Guitarist Neal Joseph Schon, they created a great work. "Don't Stop Believin'" is Journey's signature song, and they made it one of the most enduring songs of the '80s, and it has endured throughout the years. In short, "Don't Stop Believin'" shares writing credits between Jonathan Cain, Stephen Ray Perr and Neal Joseph Schon.

A mid-tempo rock anthem and powerful ballad, "Don't Stop Believin'" is the ephiony of 80s arena rock.
