How Does CLOCKWORK AIDE Benefit the Team? And Focus Chest | Splinterlands
Of course, speed is very important in battles because faster monsters miss less attacks and can dodge more. In battles, power is very important, but when targets are missed, power does not matter, so speed is very important too. That's why I love the Swiftness Ability, especially if I feel there will be Melee or Ranged Attack Monsters on the opposing team, I would never hesitate to add a Monster with the Swiftness Ability to my team. Monsters with the Swiftness Ability increase the speed of all friendly Monsters. In this way, the team can gain a great advantage in battle.
Lost Magic

- Lost Magic rule means Monsters with Magic attack may not be used in battles.
According to the battle's ruleset, we would be able to use Melee and Ranged Attack Monsters in this battle, so I knew it would be a huge advantage to have monsters faster in this battle so I added CLOCKWORK AIDE with Swiftness Ability to my team and put it in the last position. Clockwork Aide also does a great job of stalling Opportunity Monsters as it has 7 armor and 1 health. I had predicted that the opposing team would have Monsters with the Sneak Ability and Opportunity Ability, so I was expecting Clockwork Aide to do a great job at stalling monsters in this battle, even without attack power. I recommend you to watch this great battle from the battle link and you can see how effective the Swiftness Ability is in battles.
- Swiftness Ability : All friendly Monsters have increased Speed.
- Sneak Ability : Targets the last Monster on the enemy Team instead of the first Monster.
- Opportunity Ability : Monsters with the Opportunity ability may attack from any position and will target the enemy Monster with the lowest health.

CLOCKWORK AIDE is a cool card buddy, the first time I see it, the Swift ability is great for the team and it doesn't cost too much mana if used with Time Mage could be a great combo.
