Hello, beautiful people all over the world! I welcome you all to the Foodie Bee Hive community, where you can show your yummy, simple, and delicious meal recipes and get to see a lot of different recipes as well, from different people in different countries.

Today I will be making a yummy and delicious pepper soup. The reason why I chose to make soup is because it has been raining here all day and the weather is so cold to the extent that I couldn't go to work since the rain wouldn't stop.

Pepper soup is the perfect food to have in this kind of cold weather, so let's get into the kitchen and see what kind of pepper soup I am talking about because there are lots of different ways we can cook pepper soup.

Ingredients are:

Potatoes (500g)

Fish (500g)

Pepper (5g)

Carrots (50g)

Salt (¹/² teaspoon)

Seasoning cube (2 pieces)

Spring onions (10g)

Groundnut oil (45 ml)

Pepper soup powder (10 g)

Ginger, garlic, and onion powder (10 g)

Procedure

As you can see, the ingredients are not much at all, but trust me when I say the outcome was so yummy. Let's get into the process.

I cut the fish into three pieces because I wanted it to be very big inside the soup. Then I washed the dirt off and set it aside.

I peeled off the potatoes and then transferred them into a clean pot for boiling.

After packing the potatoes into the pot, I added the fish as well, along with two teacups of water. Lastly, I added half a teaspoon of salt and then covered it to boil for two minutes because I wanted the fish to cook very well, and of course, I wanted the seasoning to influence the potatoes as well.

I proceed by cutting the veggies. I rinse the carrots, then peel off the skin before slicing them into pieces.

I rinsed the spring onions as well, then sliced them beside the carrots.

By the time I was done with the slicing, the fish and the potatoes were half cooked, so I added two seasoning cubes.

I added the sliced veggie carrots and the spring onions.

I added the pepper soup powder, ginger, onion, and garlic powder, and I also added the pepper powder.

After adding everything, I stirred it with a cooking spoon, and I also turned the fish to the other side.

Lastly, I added 20 ml of groundnut oil because I couldn't use the whole 45 ml of oil in the pepper soup to avoid too much oil consumption.

I covered it to cook for two seconds because veggies don't take time to cook.

Now my veggie pepper soup is ready to be served.
I hope you like it, and thanks for stopping by.
