Salade de betteraves

Salut à tous, une salade de betteraves avec des jeunes pousses d'épinards, des betteraves cuites, de l'oignon et des noix.

Un grand classique mais toujours aussi bon et très simple à faire.

Juste arrosé d'un filet d'huile d'olive et d'un trait de vinaigre balsamique.
Pour le balsamique je vous conseil de bien lire l'étiquette s'il y a du colorant caramel ce n'est pas du vrai.

Les industriels ont souvent tendance à colorer du vinaigre normal pour le vendre plus cher.
