Quenelles à l'ancienne
Salut à tous, une recette de ma grand mère que je fais encore.
Il faut du blanc de poulet cru, des olives vertes, des quenelles, de la sauce béchamel assez liquide, du fromage râpé.
Couper le poulet en lanières.
Disposer les quenelles dans le plat avec les olives et le poulet.
Napper de la sauce et parsemez de fromage.
Faire cuire au four pendant 30 minutes.
