Pâtes au citron et burrata
Salut à tous, une assiette de pâtes au citron, et une burrata bien drémeuse par dessus.
Il faut en plus des pâtes, du citron confit, des tomates séchées, des feuilles de feuille, des baies de Sichuan et une burrata.
La burrata est une sorte de mozzarella dont le coeur est crémeux.
Pendant que les pates cuisent, couper les tomates, citron et feuilles de menthe.
Faire revenir rapidement les pâtes avec les ingrédients, un peu d'eau de cuisson et un peu d'huile.
Poser la burrata sur l'assiette et le fendre en 4, un peu de poivre du moulin.
