Salut à tous,

le gaspacho est un plat idéal quand il commence à faire chaud, il y a autant de recettes que de familles qui le prépare.

Dans cette version un peu épaisse, je et des tomates, du concombre, de l'oignon, de l'ail, de la coriandre, du jus de citron et de l'huile d'olive.

Pour donner de la consistance je rajoute des biscottes.

Une fois tous les ingrédients prêts les passer simplement au mixer.

Ajouter les biscottes petit à petit pour obtenir la consistance que vous souhaitez.
