Crêpes aux bananes caramélisées

Salut à tous, des crêpes fourrées avec de la banane, idéal s'il vous reste des crêpes sucrées.

Faire fondre du beurre et ajouter du sucre. Laisser cuire jusqu'à que le mélange caramélise un peu. Ajouter les bananes coupées en tranches et laisser mijoter une ou deux minutes.

Plier votre crêpe en deux et laisser une moitié dépasser de l'assiette, remplir la crêpe.

Rabattre l'autre partie de la crêpe et c'est prêt.
