Cordon bleu au chorizo

Salut à tous; rien de tel que les cordons bleus maison, cette fois si avec du chorizo et de la mozzarella.

Fendre le blanc de poulet et le garnir de morceaux de chorizo et d'une tranche de mozzarella.

Bien refermer et le paner en le passant dans la farine, puis l'oeuf battu, puis la panure.

Mettre à cuire au four 20 minutes avec un filet d'huile d'olive.

Vous pouvez les servir avec des légumes comme moi avec des petits pois.
