Cake au chorizo
Salut à tous,
un cake au chorizo tout simple avec une pâte à cake classique.
Je rajoute des olives noires, du cheddar, du poivron et du chorizo.
Une fois épluché, couper le chorizo et le faire fondre doucement à la poêle pour lui faire rendre son gras. Retirer le chorizo et faire cuire les poivrons dans la graisse. Bien égoutter le tout et mélanger tous les ingrédients à la pâte.
Verser dans un moule beurré, ou dans des ramequins individuels.
Faire cuire 40 minutes au four, j'ai fait un cake et deux ramequins portions.
