Cabillaud aux cacahuètes

Salut à tous,

un pavé de cabillaud avec une croute à base de beurre de cacahuètes.

Un beau pavé de cabillaud, de l'oignon, du poivron, du beurre de cacahuètes et des tomates en garniture.

Mettre les tomates coupées au fond du plat et poser le cabillaud.

Mixer l'oignon et le poivron avec le beurre de cacahuètes pour faire une pâte.

Recouvrir le pavé de cabillaud avec la préparation et faire cuire au four entre 10 et 12 minutes.
