Boeuf sauté à la coriandre

Salut à tous,

une assiette toute simple avec un tournedos, du riz, des carottes râpées et des olives vertes.

Emincer le tournedos, hacher grossièrement la coriandre. Saler et poivrer la viande et bien la malaxer. Râper les carottes et un filet de jus de citron, le riz est cuit et froid.

Faire revenir la viande avec un peu d'huile d'olive à feu très vif pendant une à deux minute. Ajouter la coriandre et déglacer avec de la sauce Anglaise.

Laisser mijoter 30 secondes et c'est prêt.

Dresser votre assiette.
