Salut à tous, c'est vraiment trop bon ces boulettes de riz farçies et frites.

Mais c'est très long à faire.

Il faut préparer un risotto très cuit avec du beurre et du parmesan, le riz forme comme une pâte.

Pour la farce j'ai fait comme une bolognaise et j'ai ajouté des morceaux de mozzarella.

Il faut ensuite faire une boule de riz dans la main, la creuser, la garnir et la refermer.

Rouler les boulettes dans la panure.

Ensuite les faire frire, suffisamment longtemps pour réchauffer le tout, ou une fois bien croustillante les passer au four 10 minutes.
