Ail au vinaigre
Salut à tous, un condiment que j'adore.
Il faut des têtes d'ail de préférence fraîche, du vin blanc et du vinaigre blanc à part égales et des aromates, laurier, thym, estragon, baies roses, coriandre, poivre, selon vos goûts.
Eplucher l'ail et couper les plus grosses gousses en deux. Les faire cuire 10 minutes dans un mélange de vin blanc et de vinaigre blanc.
Préparer des beaucoup avec vos aromates.
Mettre ensuite l'ail sans le tasser et remplir du liquide de cuisson.
Refermer les bocaux et laisser refroidir avant de stocker au réfrigérateur.
