A REMINDER:MY BIRDS ARE 4 WEEKS;STEPS TO TAKE BEFORE THEY GET TO 6 WEEKS.

Whenever I am having my take on anything pertaining to Poultry farming, I always make sure that I tick all boxes so as to have safeguard towards achieving a healthy profit at the end of the day. Mortality is not a friend of rearing Broiler birds, because when it's too much it might leads to huge heavy loss. So it's important that by all means one as a farmer should try his or her possible means to adhere to some ethics that fend off mortality rate in the farm.

It's important to have it in mind that, birds mortality can happen at any given time maybe in their early stage or in their latter stage. Aside that, there are some Poultry farm ethics that one needs to abide with in order to arrive at positive results. Like at it stand now, my birds are already 4 weeks, they two weeks left before they reach harvest. So within this space of 2weeks, I have to take proper care of them to disallow any means of mortality.

There are varieties of things I need to abide with, first and foremost I need to water them every now and then because this is the period they consume lot of water most. Once they are 4 weeks plus if there's high amount of heat from the sunlight there's high tendency that the way they drink water doubles such that before you know it there drinkers would have been empty, so it's not safe to starve them for long.

Another thing is provision of shade, this provides two things; number one it makes their pen to cool and secondly it will provide maximum fresh air and cool ventilation. This helps to prevent heat stress. These are two major things to make as top priorities so that all can reach their harvest period.
