Sometimes

Drudge is a nice word that really needs a broader application. I think it should apply to everyday life more, although slog is not too bad I guess.

Having the right word for things is good, but a word like enlightenment is not the right one for anything. It is too long and if you say it no one can take you seriously.

Maybe a long word that is not going to make you sound like a teenage drag queen is apprehension. It is borderline but it is a smart one, for example "I am quite apprehensive that the day won't be a slog."

Contrast that with "Thank you for validating me, it makes me feel enlightened."

Wanker.

The words people use really piss me off sometimes, it indicates a lot about them and how they are going to proceed in most conversations.

My approach is relatable negativity, and if they don't like that, it is to be expected because they are obviously douches.

Not like I would expect anything else you know.

Right now my brain feels like a drudge though, so you get this post.
Cry me a river.

A favorite word of mine is dregs … as in … the manager went home early and left me dealing with the dregs.
Or, everyone wants there dreams, until they discover the dregs of their dream.
