Let's go make merit at a Thai temple in Malaysia.

Hello everyone.
Today is an auspicious day for everyone. Today my husband and I took our children to make merit at a Thai temple in Malaysia. Because we come to live in a foreign country like this, when we want to go make merit. We will have to travel a little further than usual. "Wat Buddhajayanti" is the Thai temple that we will visit today. In the past, if we wanted to go to a temple, we had to look for it on the internet. Where are Thai temples built in the state where we live? I found 2 Thai temples and I usually go to these 2 temples alternately. For example, today I will go to Buddhajayanti Temple because I think there are not many people because it is a long holiday. This is a small temple with two large golden Kirin statues at the entrance on both the left and right sides of the door. Due to limited space at this temple, a project was planned to move it to a new location. Today I will take everyone to see the atmosphere in the temple.
When entering the temple gate, we will see a small temple. The entrance has a large incense burner. On the two front pillars there is a statue of an elephant and a statue of Thao Vessuwan. On both sides there is a statue of Thao Vessuwan, one is green and the other is red. We may not be able to see it. This is clearly because the statue of Thao Wessuwan has a red satin cloth wrapped around its body. This is the belief of Buddhists who come to pay homage and pray for success as they wish. Therefore, when success is achieved, people will bring satin cloth or fruit to worship (according to the beliefs of each person).

Around the temple, next to the wall, there is the location of the four-faced Brahma and many other Buddha statues that Thai people believe in and have placed there for Buddhists to worship and ask for blessings. For your own good fortune. There is also a Kuan Yin statue at the back of the church. When we had finished paying our respects to all the Buddhas, this time we all went inside of this church. Upon entering, we will see many large and small Buddha statues enshrined on the left side where souvenir coins are sold for anyone who would like to worship them and take them home. There are also offerings to monks. And on the right-hand side is a seat for monks who perform their duties by giving blessings and sprinkling holy water to the religious people who come to worship on this day.
Every time you enter a temple to make merit, you will feel a sense of coolness and peace of mind. After we have finished paying homage to the Buddha and asking for blessings. It's time for us to take the children home. And this is another activity of ours today that we have shared with friends.
