Germinating Jute Mallow and Spinach

IMG_7329.jpeg
Hello Hive.

After almost 3weeks of planting these two species for veggies to begin my gardening and homestead, the seeds have started to germinate.
I was worried because I have planted this almost 3weeks ago and while the garden ought to have been filled up by now everywhere us still looking scanty

I have purchased some very bad seed from the market.
It is very difficult to know which type of preservation method was used to keep a seed and once these seeds are not properly preserved planting them is a waste of time since they will never germinate.

Even though I am seeing a sign of germination here I doubt if it is really Jute mallow and spinach, what is germinating doesn't look like the seeds of what I am expected to germinate

The soil is usually so dry as if no rain has ever touched the ground this year

And with the dry season, water is begining to get scares here.

I have to search for water to keep the bed wet.

Paradvebture this turns out to become some wild plants instead if the veggies I have planted I might have to redo the garden all over again and this time visit a genuine Agricultural store for some good seeds.

It's normal, because we're now in dry season but I will advise you look for an organic manure or get a fertilizer and then make sure the garden don't lack water, you can dig a small well beside the garden.

Starting such garden isn't easy because sometimes fowl usually remove them from where there were planted. I pray other domestic animals will not be a problem to your garden now they're fresh.

The dry soil is normal almost everywhere, I think now is watering season. Sorry that you have to look for water now to keep your plants growing.

I could remember when you planted this seeds because you shared the process, I am still surprised it had grown well till now. But it's a good thing it has started coming out
