BDC shorts 2 : MY FAVORITE FICTIONAL CHARACTER

I was already a bit grown when I started watching the comics, Everyday after our daily chores and school assignments, we were always glued to our TV's screen. My younger brother would turn on the TV and insert the comic disk, and it starts as we all echo along with what the intro always was.

Up in the sky!
It's a bird!
It's a plane!
It's Superman

I had fallen in love with a new character, his masculinity was top notch, his bold face and broad chest, his calmness and composure even when he's under pressure, his sweet calm voice and finally his powers.

My favourite fictional character was not just Superman, but it really was the man behind the blue and red suit with the "S" symbol on it, Clark Joseph Kent. He is my favourite character, unlike literally everybody in any fiction, he's what you can call humility.

With how far I've come in loving him, I have done a lot of research on him, and to most people he is the strongest person form the DC Universe, because his power and strength has no limit, but his humility and submissive attitude is top notch.

With the power of him being able to rule over earth and destroy it, within minutes he still chose to leave a simple life as a young farm boy who later in life turned to a journalist. There was this point in time when his antagonist, Lex Luthor, got to know that Clark was superman, he could not believe it, in his words he said "how would a person with god like power choose to live a low life", that is to show you the level of his humility.

He had never to once let his power take over him and bring out the proud rude beast in him, "even though he is an alien he is still more human than most of us", that was the comment a journalist gave him when they all discovered he wasn't human.

If the world could just have Clark's humility, then you would know that this world can be better than what it is now.
