The Lion King! - Leo Finance Art Challenge [ EN/PT]

Hello lions, welcome back!

Today I return here to complete another Leo Finance challenge. If you're not aware of what it is, Leo Finance has been hosting an incredible event with a total prize pool of $10,000!

We were given the following theme:

MISSION 🎯

Draw/Design/Create an image of an Old, Wise, Strong, and Proud Lion.

My idea was to portray a lion in its glory, embodying all the wisdom a king should possess. A middle-aged lion at the height of his power!

Let's go through the creation process:

There wasn't much different from what I had done in previous challenges. I started with a hand-drawn sketch using a regular pencil and then digitized it.

Gradually, the colors found their rightful places, shadows, textures, and some details were added towards the end. A blurred background was included to emphasize the drawing.

Desenhe/Projete/Crie uma imagem de um Leão Velho, Sábio, Forte e Orgulhoso.


E a minha ideia foi de trazer um leão em sua glória, com toda a sabedoria que um rei deve possuir. Um leão de meia idade, no auge de seu poder!

Vamos ao processo de criação:

Nada muito diferente do que já tinha feio nas missões anteriores, foi feito uma base a mão, com lápis comum e depois digitalizado.


Aos poucos as cores foram para os seus devidos lugares, sombra, textura e alguns detalhes foram adicionados ao final. Um plano de fundo embaçado para dar mais enfase ao desenho.
